License Info. Personal License ("license") is for individual users only. One license contains one digital key ("key") that can be used to register trial version of Easy Sync ("the software"). Only the person who bought the license ("license owner") can use the key. In case someone other than the owner will use the key, he(she) automatically agrees to the terms of this License Agreement ("agreement").
License Owner Rights. One license key gives a right to register 2 (two) different copies of the software (e.g. one installed on PC at home and another on notebook at work; or two copies installed on the same PC for two user accounts). Owner is free to sync any number of mobile devices using each registered copy of the software.
Purposes of Use. The software registered with personal license key can be used only for personal needs of the owner. It is not allowed to use the software for any non-personal (commercial, business or organized non-profit) purposes.
Upgrade Terms. Upgrading to newer version is free during 90 days since the date of the registration (the date when owner submits the key to the software to register it). In other cases upgrade is provided with 50% discount. All required upgrade links can be found after installation in the product interface or in the product blog. It is up to the owner to check for available software upgrades.
