License Info. Business License ("license") is for business users ("user", "customer") interconnected with any business processes or organized non-profit activity. This license is different from personal license, which is for individual users. One license contains one digital key ("key") that can be used to register trial version of Easy Sync ("the software").
License Owner Rights. One license gives you a right to register Easy Sync on a single computer. If a computer has more than 1 user account, and you wish several users to be able to use Easy Sync, 1 license is per 5 accounts. If you wish to make software available to more user accounts on a single computer, or if you want to use it on several computers, you need additional licenses. You are free to sync any number of mobile devices with each computer.
Reselling Terms. Owner of a business license can resell the license to 3rd-party customers only after receiving email permission from the software developer. Further terms and distribution details must be discussed with the developer individually for each case.
Purposes of Use. The software registered with business license key can be used for any kind of legal commercial, business or organized non-profit purposes.
The Price per License. Standard price per one business license is 24.95 USD or 19.95 EUR. We do adjust prices for customers if there is a written request from them, especially if you are placing a big order. We also provide discounts for orders starting from 5 licences.
Subscription conditions. After you pay for the order, you get license(s) that give their owner the right to upgrade to latest software versions released during 12 months after the order. The subscription is made to extend that ability to upgrade. However, you may cancel the subscription at any time. If you select payment by credit or debit card, or via direct debit, you agree to have the unit price per subscription period automatically charged to your card and/or bank account immediately prior to the start of the next billing period. If you select another payment type, you agree to make periodic payments.
Upgrade Terms. Upgrading to newer versions of Easy Sync for owners of business license is free during 12 months since tha last date of key submittion. Please feel free to contact us and request a free registration key if the product asks you to buy a new one during this period.
Modifications to The Software. If your company requires some modifications to the product, including implementation of new or extention or automation of existing features, this requirements are the subject for additional discussions, payments, support, copyright and warranty arrangements.
Limited Warranty. We made our best to make the data processing operations safe and stable. However, a lot of things depend on the specific case of using our software solution and we just can't predict them all. Therefore we do not take any responsibility for any possible loss of data that may be caused by using our software. You have trial period to evaluate and test the software on your computers and with your devices to make sure everything is going well. By the fact of purchasing the license you agree that you've tested the software and ready to take the responsibility for the safety of your data that is going to be processed with our software.
